Description
Improve Your Tacoma. Any 4.0L Toyota Tacoma will benefit from the addition of these JBA 1-1/2-Inch Shorty Headers. From more horsepower to a new tone, these headers have it all. It’s one of the best upgrades for vehicle header replacements too.

They help your Tacoma make an aggressive sound that catches everyone’s eyes and ears. These sounds are a sign of increased horsepower and torque, showing others how you pamper your vehicle.
Uses Factory Catalytic Converters. These shorty headers don’t require catalytic converter replacements. Thus, they’re legal to use in California and come with the appropriate certifications.
Made Of 409 Stainless Steel. JBA uses high-quality mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing to construct these shorty headers. The primary tube diameter measures 1-1/2 Inches, while the collector is 2.25 Inches.
Natural Finishing. Unlike some of the other JBA shorty headers, this one has a raw steel finish that’s highly resistant to corrosion and damage. You can rely on it for years to come, providing ample horsepower to your vehicle.
No Tune Needed. Thanks to the direct install design, you don’t need a computer to tune these JBA shorty headers. Nevertheless, you can still do so to further increase performance levels.
CARB Certified. These JBA shorty headers have a CARB EO Number of D-57-33. Thus, they’re legal in California.
Application. JBA designed these shorty headers to fit 2005-2011 4.0L Toyota Tacoma models.
Installation Difficulty. It takes 2 hours to install these headers, and you’ll need light to moderate mechanical proficiency.
