Description
Performance Suspension Upgrade. The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Multi-Rate RXT Leaf Spring with Add-In Leaf is designed to replace the original leaf springs to enhance rear suspension travel and improve ride quality. This adjustable pack adapts to various vehicle configurations and load conditions, allowing custom tuning to handle additional payload and accessories. It significantly improves both daily driving comfort and off-road capability by reducing friction and increasing suspension articulation.
Construction and Appearance. This leaf spring pack features a military-wrapped front eyelet which adds strength and durability to withstand demanding conditions. Galvanized leaf separators provide corrosion resistance and lower friction between leaves, while leaf tip inserts reduce noise for a quieter ride. The materials and build quality ensure a long service life even under rigorous off-road use.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with a direct bolt-in design to the OEM spring location and does not require drilling. It is recommended to use the specified U-bolt kit sold separately for proper fitment and safety.
Warranty. This product is backed by a manufacturer warranty covering defects and workmanship.
Application. Specifically engineered to fit the 2005-2023 Toyota Tacoma, this leaf spring pack requires recalibration of the Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) on applicable models and does not fit 2WD Tacomas with five lug studs. It supports tire sizes up to 33" x 11.50" and the recommended aftermarket wheels feature a 0mm offset within specified sizes.
