The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Secondary Long Travel V.S. 2.5 Series Front Piggyback Shocks are engineered to deliver superior off-road capability while maintaining a smooth street ride. These shocks increase damping force as they approach full compression, which helps prevent harsh bottom outs and enhances suspension response during aggressive driving.

Construction and Appearance. Constructed from premium 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum with CNC machining, these shocks feature a nitrogen-charged monotube design with a piggyback reservoir for efficient heat dissipation. The durable 7/8 inch chrome-plated, induction-hardened shock shaft offers corrosion resistance, while the impact-extruded aluminum cylinders provide a consistent finish and excellent corrosion protection.

Installation. Installation is moderately challenging and intended for aftermarket long travel kits with compatible secondary shock setups. No drilling is necessary. These shocks are not compatible with certain factory or stock-width control arms, including the ICON S2 Secondary Shock System.

Warranty. The shocks come with a warranty covering manufacturing defects to guarantee long-term performance and quality.

Application. Specifically designed to fit 2005-2023 6-Lug Toyota Tacoma models, these shocks provide an optimized fit but are not compatible with secondary shock systems using stock-width control arms.
