Description
Specs. The rear master install kit by G2 includes a comprehensive collection of the parts, shims, and compounds you need to install a ring and pinion gear set with a Dana 44 rear axle. When you want to improve the torque and power of your JK Wrangler's aftermarket tires, adding a ring and pinion gear is a good way to get them working properly with the stock engine. G2's install kit provides a carefully preselected group of parts that cover basically any need during ring and pinion installation.
Construction. G2's rear master install kit includes thread compound, silicone sealer, several types of shims, ring gear bolts, a pinion nut and seal, and gear marking compound. It also features high quality Timken components, including a crush sleeve, plus inner pinion bearings and races, outer pinion bearings and races, and carrier bearings and races. These premium bearings are manufactured to exceed OE quality and performance standards.
Application. Works with 2007-2018 Wrangler JK, non-Rubicon models.
