G2's master install kit for reverse-cut, 26 spline count Dana 30 axles includes "everything and the kitchen sink" when it comes to installing a new ring and pinion gear set to support big aftermarket tires. Gathering all the necessary parts and components conveniently for you, this kit expands on the minor install kit by adding a crush sleeve and a number of Timken parts, including inner and outer pinion bearings and races, and carrier bearings and races.

Construction. G2's Dana 30 master install kit is designed to the highest quality standards and collects practically every type of shim, bolt, and compound needed to complete the installation. It also adds inner pinion, outer pinion, and carrier bearings and races so that all the bearings can be replaced if necessary or desired. A crush sleeve is also included among the parts. This kit works with 2-door and 4-door JK Wranglers and Unlimited, but not Rubicon models.

Application. Works with 2007-2018 Wrangler JK, non-Rubicon models.
