Defined by a 30-inner axle shaft spine count, this kit includes a Dana 30 front axle that is designed for the workload of vehicles as large and rugged as full-size SUVs pickup trucks. The 4340 chromoly material used to make the kit’s components are very strong and ductile, and they are heat-treated to further withstand heavy loads without bending or breaking. Plus, the kit has a black oxide finish to ensure that it does not sustain a single spot of rust. Ultimately, the kit is made to improve your Jeep Wrangler’s off-road ability without adversely affecting factory specifications.
Covered by 90-Day Limited Warranty. For a period of 90 days after the date of purchase, G2 Axle & Gear covers this assembly to be free from defects in material and workmanship, excluding normal wear and tear of bearings and seals.
Expert-Level Installation. This assembly requires an expert level of mechanical skill to install on your Wrangler. The task can be completed in four hours.
Application. The G2 30 Spline Dana 44 Front Axle Kit fits all 2003–2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ Rubicon models. Sporting a black oxide finish, it is sold as a kit.
