Description

The Extang Trifecta ALX is a premium, soft-folding tonneau cover built to outperform the competition. It combines robust construction, effortless one-handed operation, and refined styling.

The Trifecta ALX builds on Extang’s best-selling Trifecta 2.0 by adding the Secure Rotary Release Latching System at the tailgate. To open, simply rotate the release knob (driver’s rear), lift, and fold the cover toward the bulkhead for convenient 2/3 bed access.

Closing is effortless: the rotary latch system auto-latches as the cover contacts the bed for fast, secure operation. The cover’s main shell uses Extang’s premium pebble-grained Ancona fabric — a durable, marine-grade vinyl designed for long-lasting, high-end appearance.

The Trifecta ALX is built around an aircraft-grade aluminum frame with dual-pivot MaxHinges that reinforce pivot points prone to wear. Exclusive, adhesive-free snap-on seals and the marine-grade tarp reduce the chance of water intrusion at the rails, bulkhead, and tailgate.

Installation & Operation

Installation is quick and tool-free using Extang’s Jaw-Grip clamps and bolt-on rotary latch strikers. To open, rotate the Secure Rotary Release knob and fold the cover toward the bulkhead for 2/3 access. For full bed access, the cover can be removed in seconds without tools.
