Precision Gear Upgrade. The EXCEL from Richmond Dana 30 Front and Dana 35 Rear Ring and Pinion Gear Kit with a 4.10 gear ratio offers a complete solution to enhance drivetrain performance by providing accurate gear mesh and improved torque multiplication. This kit is designed to optimize power delivery for demanding off-road and daily driving conditions.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from high-quality 8620 steel, the ring gears provide strength and durability with a standard rotation design. The kit includes Timken bearing kits for improved bearing support, and both front and rear components are precision-machined for an accurate fit and finish.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skills and basic tools with no drilling necessary. Depending on your vehicle's current setup, a new carrier may be required: for front axles currently with a 3.54 ratio or higher, only the front carrier needs to be compatible; for vehicles with a 3.07 ratio, both front and rear carriers must be replaced. This kit fits existing Dana 30 and Dana 35 axles that meet these carrier break requirements.
Warranty. This gear kit is backed by a 1-year or 50,000-mile warranty for customer assurance.
Application. Specifically engineered to fit 1997 to 2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ models excluding Rubicon variants, this kit suits vehicles equipped with Dana 30 front and Dana 35 rear axles requiring a 4.10 gear ratio upgrade.
