Construction and Appearance. Constructed from durable yet lightweight 5mm aluminum side plates complemented by 5mm steel mounting feet, this roof rack features a rugged micro-texture black powder-coated finish with gloss black steel accents. The rack’s 90-degree bent sidewalls and angular wind deflector enhance structural integrity and reduce wind noise, improving aerodynamic profile while blending well with the vehicle’s design.

Installation. This roof rack features exterior-facing mounting bolts allowing assembly on the ground prior to lifting onto pre-installed feet for easier installation. Installation is fully bolt-on with no drilling or welding required, typically taking approximately five hours depending on experience.

Warranty. The product is backed by a one-year limited warranty covering defects in workmanship and materials from the date of purchase.

Application. Specifically designed to fit the 2024-2026 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab models, this roof rack is not compatible with XtraCab models. Vehicles equipped with a sunroof should install one less cross bar to allow for proper clearance during tilt operation.
