Competition Series Protection. The DV8 Offroad Competition Series Front Bumper provides superior front-end protection and improved approach angles specifically designed for off-road conditions. Developed by a desert racing driver, it reinforces critical components from the front fascia to the differential, extending beyond stock capabilities. This bumper also supports auxiliary lighting options and retains parking sensor functionality to enhance visibility and safety.

Construction and Appearance. The bumper is constructed from 1.5mm and 3mm steel tubing combined with 3.5mm steel plates, achieving a balance between lightweight design and high durability. A steel skid plate with side gussets replaces the OEM skid plate, offering enhanced engine protection. An aluminum mesh panel promotes better intercooler airflow and can be painted to match vehicle aesthetics. The entire assembly is finished with a micro-texture black powder coat to resist corrosion and present a rugged look.

Installation. Installation involves a simple bolt-on process with minor wiring needed for lighting components. Some trimming of the factory plastic bumper’s skid plate and D-ring mounts is required, but no drilling is typically necessary, making it accessible for experienced DIY installers.

Warranty. This product comes with a one-year limited warranty covering defects in workmanship and materials.

Application. Designed for Ford Bronco models from 2021 through 2026, excluding the Raptor variant. Vehicles equipped with Adaptive Cruise Control will need the use of a relocation bracket to maintain full functionality.
