Description
Restores Brush Securement. Replace your worn-out or damaged brush holder with the Vintage Starter Brush Holder. You need your brushes to work properly, since they pass the electrical current to the spinning rotor to power it up. And they need the brush holder assembly to hold them in place.
Made as Direct OEM Replacement. This product has been tested on the Jeep Wrangler to work on it prior to distribution. So, you shouldn’t worry about compatibility issues; this brush holder is optimally designed to replace the factory-installed one.
Covered by One-Year/12,000-Mile Limited Warranty. Vintage covers this brush holder for a year or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first) from the date of purchase regarding defects in its material or workmanship.
Expert-Level Installation. Some drilling will be involved in installing this brush holder assembly, which should take about three hours. Installing it requires an expert level of mechanical skill.
Application. The Vintage Starter Brush Holder fits all 1988–1998 4.0L Jeep Wrangler YJ & TJ models. Shipped as unpainted metal, it is sold individually.
