Description
Improved Acceleration. This Dana 35 Ring Gear and Pinion Kit – 4.88 Rear was designed to improve power and acceleration in your Jeep Wrangler YJ. It is made for use on both the track and street when driving your Jeep. This gear and pinion will effectively maintain a quiet ride.
Steel Construction. The manufacturer uses the highest quality steel material to manufacture this gear and pinion. Precision manufacturing is used to ensure a perfect fitment in your Jeep. The steel is not painted. The gear ratio is 4.88 which will significantly augment the RPM’s.
Basic Installation. You can complete this basic installation process in about 5-6 hours with basic hand tools and moderate mechanical knowledge. The gear and pinion are designed to use the OEM hardware in your Jeep.
1 Year Limited Warranty. You will receive a warranty covering any manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months or 12,000 miles. Some limitations or exclusions apply, so make sure you check the warranty information for more details.
Application. This Dana 35 Ring Gear and Pinion Kit – 4.88 Rear has been designed to fit all 1987-1995 Jeep Wrangler YJ models. The pinion nut and ring gear bolts are not included. They were designed to use 3/8 inch ring gear bolts.
