If you’re rebuilding the AX4 or AX5 transmission in your Jeep Wrangler, even if the synchro springs aren’t broken, it makes great sense to fit fresh ones. This 1st & 2nd Synchro Spring from Vintage is a direct replacement for the stock spring in these transmissions.

      A Classic Transmission Rebuild Item. A freshly rebuilt transmission in your Wrangler feels great and this 1st and 2nd Synchro Spring is made to fit that need perfectly. Vintage manufactures this spring to the finest tolerances from the ideal metal for this application.

      Perfect for Transmission Rebuild. The Vintage 1st & 2nd Synchro Spring is a direct replacement for the OEM spring in the AX4 or AX5 transmission. It is a perfect part for renewing either of these transmissions in a rebuild.

      Limited Warranty. The Vintage Synchro Spring is covered by a 12 month/12,000 mile limited warranty.

      Application. This Vintage Synchro Spring fits 1987–2002 Wrangler YJs and TJs with AX4 or AX5 transmissions.
