Performance Off-Road Bumper. The C4 Fabrication Overland Series Front Bumper with 30-Inch Light Bar Cutout and Low Bull Bar; Raw is engineered to enhance front-end protection, improve approach angles, and integrate winch and lighting systems for off-road use. This bumper is designed for tough terrain and equipped for winching, making it an essential upgrade for overlanders who demand functionality and durability.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from 3/16-inch laser-cut P&O steel, this bumper offers robust strength and precise fitment. The bull bar tubing is constructed from heavy-duty 1 3/4-inch OD steel with a 1/8-inch wall, while gussets and headlight hoops use 1 1/2-inch OD tubing. It ships as raw steel requiring painting or powder coating to prevent corrosion, allowing customization of finish and appearance.
Installation. Installation requires cutting the factory plastic bumper, with all bull bar configurations maintaining compatibility with Toyota Safety Sense and parking sensors. Professional recalibration of Toyota Safety Sense may be necessary on some vehicles after installation, and basic mechanical skills are recommended for a proper fit.
