Description
Performance Upgrade. The C4 Fabrication Overland Series Front Bumper with 30-Inch Light Bar Cutout is designed to elevate the front protection and functional capability of your Tacoma. It offers robust winch compatibility, optimal clearance, and seamless integration with modern lighting and safety systems, perfect for serious off-road enthusiasts seeking reliability and style.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from 3/16" laser-cut P&O steel, the bumper features sturdy tubing for bull bars made with 1 3/4" OD steel and 1/8" wall thickness for durability and minimized weight. Gussets and headlight hoops use 1 1/2" OD tubing. The product ships as raw steel and requires painting or powder coating before installation to prevent rust unless a powder-coated option is chosen.
Installation. Installation requires cutting of the factory plastic bumper. No major drilling is required, but some vehicles equipped with Toyota Safety Sense may require professional recalibration of the TSS system after installation. Some experience with vehicle modification is recommended.
Application. Designed specifically to fit 2024 to 2026 Toyota Tacoma models including TRD Off-Road and TRD Pro trims. TRD Off-Road and TRD Pro models do not require an additional mini-skid panel. This ensures tailored compatibility with factory systems while providing enhanced off-road recovery and protection.
