Description

Front Bumper Upgrade. The C4 Fabrication Overland Series Front Bumper with 30-Inch Light Bar Cutout; Raw is engineered to enhance off-road capability and provide an aggressive appearance. It improves ground clearance and allows for larger tire installation, essential for serious off-road and overland use. The bumper also supports mounting winches and auxiliary lighting, ensuring vehicle recovery and improved visibility on the trail.

Construction and Appearance. Made from 3/16-inch laser-cut P&O steel with 1/4-inch thick mounting plates, this bumper offers excellent strength while keeping weight manageable. It ships as raw steel and requires painting or powder coating to prevent rust unless the powder coat option is selected. Recovery points include fully welded 3/4-inch thick D-ring tabs, providing secure and reliable vehicle recovery.

Installation. Installation requires cutting the vehicle’s plastic bumper. No drilling is necessary, but proper alignment and test fitting before final finishing are recommended. Moderate fabrication skills may be needed to complete installation successfully.

Application. This bumper is specifically designed to fit 2016 to 2023 Toyota Tacoma (3rd generation) models. Note that the mid-height bull bar option is not compatible with Toyota Safety Sense, and factory fog lights are not supported.
