The C4 Fabrication Overland Series Front Bumper with 30-Inch Light Bar Cutout and Mid-Height Bull Bar in Black is engineered for serious off-road drivers seeking enhanced front-end defense and utility. It integrates winch compatibility and lighting readiness for recovery and visibility in diverse terrain challenges. This bumper combines rugged styling with practical features critical for trail and overland adventures.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from 3/16” laser-cut P&O steel with robust 1/4” thick mounting plates, this bumper is built for durability and strength. The black powder coat finish provides corrosion resistance and a sleek, tactical look. Fully welded 3/4” thick D-ring tabs on both front and back ensure secure recovery points, while the design accommodates major aftermarket winch and lighting options.
Installation. Installation requires trimming the factory plastic bumper and moderate mechanical skill. Cutting of plastic components is necessary for proper fitment. No drilling is specified.
Application. Specifically designed to fit the 2016–2023 Toyota Tacoma third generation. Note that the mid-height bull bar option is not compatible with Toyota Safety Sense equipped models. Factory fog lights are unsupported due to design specifications.
