Construction and Appearance. Crafted from 11-gauge steel for the outer shell and reinforced with 3/16" steel winch plates and mounting brackets, this bumper offers strength and durability. Delivered as bare steel, it requires painting or powder coating to prevent rust and ensure long-lasting corrosion resistance.
Installation. Installation requires cutting the center plastic section of the factory bumper cover and may involve trimming the front skid for Trailhunter variants. All necessary hardware is included, and while fitting can be straightforward, precise alignment and modification are needed.
Application. Designed specifically for 2024 to 2026 Tacoma models, this bumper retains full OEM sensor and safety system functionality, with Trailhunter trims needing front skid plate modification for proper clearance.
