      Description

      Performance Torque Converter. The B&M Tork Master 2400 Torque Converter is engineered for TH400, TH350, TH375, TH375B, and TH425 automatic transmissions to improve vehicle launch and acceleration for street performance applications. It is designed to match stock to mildly modified engines up to 350 horsepower and 350 ft-lbs of torque, enhancing driving experience without compromising daily drivability. This converter is not recommended for 350C engines, big block engines, supercharged setups, plate nitrous, or trans-brake applications.

      Construction and Appearance. Built from durable steel, this torque converter features a new precision alloy steel pump tube and includes a needle thrust bearing when factory equipped. It is furnace brazed, pressure tested, and fully balanced to ensure high performance and reliability under demanding conditions.

      Installation. Installation requires a compatible flexplate due to the 10.75-inch bolt circle mounting pattern. Ensure vehicle compatibility before installation.

      Application. This torque converter fits the 1976 to 1979 Jeep CJ7, providing improved performance and acceleration characteristics for these models.
