      Description

      High Stall Performance. The B&M Holeshot 2400 Torque Converter for the Torqueflite A727 Automatic Transmission enhances launch performance by increasing stall speed to 2200-2600 RPM. This allows the engine to reach higher RPMs where more torque is available, which is particularly beneficial for vehicles with performance modifications such as large camshafts that reduce low-end torque.

      Construction and Appearance. The torque converter features furnace brazed impeller fins and turbine to provide strength and durability. It incorporates a precision alloy impeller hub combined with heavy duty needle bearings to ensure smooth operation and extended service life. Additionally, the steel alloy pump drive tube adds strength, and the assembly is fully balanced and pressure tested to meet high-performance standards.

      Installation. Installing this torque converter requires changing to a compatible flexplate but does not require drilling. It is designed to fit the existing setup of the Torqueflite A727 automatic transmission, facilitating a straightforward installation process for experienced technicians.
