Description
Performance Suspension Lift. The BDS 4-Inch Front / 3-Inch Rear Suspension Lift Kit with FOX 2.0 Performance Shocks enhances the stance, offroad capability, and handling of the Toyota Tacoma 4WD models from 2016 through 2023. It provides improved ground clearance and suspension geometry for better on and offroad performance, allowing installation of larger tires up to 33 inches.
Construction and Appearance. This suspension lift kit features heavy duty ¼-inch thick laser cut steel crossmembers for maximum ground clearance and strength. CNC machined ductile iron steering knuckles and high-arched steel crossmembers contribute to robust durability and precise steering geometry. The FOX 2.0 shocks include a 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body with a clear anodized finish, delivering long-lasting corrosion resistance and performance-oriented valving.
Installation. Installation is moderately difficult and takes an estimated 12 hours to complete. The process requires minor welding and frame bracket modifications. Comprehensive hardware and components are included to ensure proper suspension geometry correction.
Warranty. This suspension lift kit includes a Factory Protection Plus drivetrain warranty for added peace of mind.
Application. Fits 16-23 4WD Tacoma excluding TRD Pro, with compatibility also extending to 2WD PreRunner models. It does not fit TRD Pro models and cannot be used with stock or 17-inch wheels.
