(1) Rear Bumper
(1) Tire Carrier
(4) Split Washers
(4) M12 Nylon Nuts
(4) M12x1.75 (1”5/8) Bolts
(12) Flatwashers
(4) M12 Nylon Nuts
(4) M12x1.75 (4”9/16) Bolts
(1) Rectangular Bracket
STEP 1
Remove 4 bolts that connects the factory bumper to the
bracket on the chassis using a 18mm socket & ratchet in
Fig 1.
STEP 2
From behind the top of the factory bumper, using a 18mm
ratchet again, remove 2 18mm bolts then remove the factory
bumper shown in Fig 2.
STEP 3
Remove 3 bolts that connect the OE tow hook using a
18mm ratchet shown in Fig 3
STEP 4
Place the L-Bracket into the end of the vehicle frame
NOTE* the threaded holes point away from the jeep so that
the bumper will be held in place shown in Fig 4.
STEP 5
Place the new bumper on the vehicle and using a 18mm ratchet, thread the M12x1.75 (1”5/8) bolts and washers in place shown in Fig 5.
STEP 6
From behind the OE bumper frame, place the long bracket above the bumper and Thread in place 4 M12(4”9/16) bolts shown in Fig 6. Installation Complete.
