How to Install a Barricade Light Bar on your 1997-2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ

Tools Required
- T-40 Torx Socket or Driver
- 3/16 & 6mm Allen Head Sockets or Drivers
- 17mm Socket
Shop Parts in this Guide
Step 1:
Remove the six T-40 screws on the windshield frame as shown (three on each side).
Step 2:
Install the lower mounting posts using the provided 3/16 Allen Head screws and washers as shown. Do not fully tighten the screws at this point.
Step 3:
Once both lower mounting posts are attached, insert the upper light bar and secure using the provided 6mm Allen Head screws, 17mm nylon lock nuts, and washers.
Step 4:
Once the upper bar is securely mounted, tighten the six lower mounting screws. Depending on which side you run the lighting wires through, cut holes in the rubber grommets as shown.
