These are good fenders, I didnt have any rust on meineke some of the other reviews stated. I like how they look installed. she took about 6 hours to get done, with little knowledge and good tools. Also thank dog for YouTube because unfortunately these fenders come without instructions which is why I give 4 stars instead of 5. for the price a very good productHelpful (0)

Product was damaged
I unpackaged the fenders to find the paint largely chipped in one spot and a spot near one of the bolt holes had a dent. Overall good looking product but would’ve been nicer if taking care of in shipping.Helpful (1)

Well to start off there are no mounting instructions included. 2 the ends of both fenders are already rusted and all I did was open then box. Buying from this site and not Amazon I figured it would be better quality but I'm not impressed at all.Helpful (1)

Flat fender love
Nice. I got an open box special sona litte dinged up as advertised but really nothing more than cosmetic. First time installing is not as much fun as you think. They really need to step up and ad a couple of templates and directions. Would save a lot of you tube searchesHelpful (1)

They look great but a pain to install.
The fenders look great on my 92 Wrangler YJ, my only complaint about the fenders themselves was the driver side fender had a small spot where the paint was missing right out of the box, I used some touch up paint on that, otherwise they are well built, sturdy. This was my first time doing body work and it wasn't easy, there is a lot of cutting involved and working in some awkward positions, someone with more experience would have an easier time I'm sure but for me it was difficult, but now that it's done I'm glad I did it, my stock fenders were really banged up and this was a cheaper and I think easier solution than replacing the entire fender. I am pleased with the final result.Helpful (2)

Look good but hard to install
An extreme pain to install these. Took a lot of cutting, wiggling and redneck enguiniety. After the 2 days of install they truly do look amazing and really has a huge impact of how the Jeep looksHelpful (1)

Two years of ownership
After having them on for 2 years if held up great except for a little bit of rust that I was able to wire wheel off and hit with spray paint the powder coating isn't the best but other than that I'm extremely happy with themHelpful (1)

Just remember once installed your Jeep gets a new attitude.Helpful (1)
Installation videos for similar products seem to indicate that the inner fender wells trimmed, but can be partially left in tact. I'd like to keep them partially in place on my YJ to retain mounting points for the washer reservoir, jack, and other components. If trimmed properly, can they be left in tact, or are all of the buyers completely removing them?
It is possible to use the fender flares with the Barricade Front Fender with Flare, but trimming and modification will be required. We have not yet done this ourselves so we do not have any guides for doing this.
what do you do for the inner liner? dose barricade make a fender liner for these?
The Barricade Front Fender with Flare does not have provisions for an inner fender liner.
I ordered these fenders, answers to others question s state there will be cutting and drilling required for installation. However there are no instructions included in the package. Where can I find installation instructions?
We do apologize that your Barricade Front Fenders arrived without an install guide! Please contact us directly and we can get an install guide emailed to you! Our contact information can be found here: https://www.extremeterrain.com/contact.html
Will these bolt right on with no additional fab work
Hello, to be able to install these Fenders, cutting and drilling is required.
Tire coverage How much tire coverage will they have with a 12.5 tire width?
Hello, the Barricade Front Fender with Flare (87-95 Wrangler YJ) Includes Driver and Passenger Side Fenders w/ 3" Flare, so it will not offer you an extra coverage then the stock Fender Flares. It will also depend on the Backspacing and Offset of your wheel how far in our out the tire will be.
We gave not attempted mounting marker lights to these fenders.
This will include drivers and passenger side fenders.
The Barricade Front Fender with Flare is designed for off road and will not have provisions for marker lights and will not cover an adequate amount of the tire for most state laws.

The Barricade Front Fender with Flare do not have a pre-determined spot for a side marker, but you can modify them to add one.
