Description
Specs. The Alloy USA rear Dana 44 Grande Axle Shaft fits 1997 – 2006 Wrangler TJs, except for the Rubicon. This product is made from heavy-duty 4340 Chromoly. Chromoly was chosen because of its very high tensile strength, heat- treatment, tempering, and induction hardened. The result of this process is 40% more strength than a stock Wrangler 1040. Using the most advanced cold splining technology, these splines are stronger than traditionally cut splines. This shaft is then precision CNC machined and magnaflux inspected for cracks. It is completed with a black, slick, anodized finish. The manufacturer covers this product with an industry record 10 year limited warranty.
Application. Fits 1997 - 2006 Non-Rubicon Wrangler TJs.
