Description
Specs. There is much to appreciate about the heavy-duty Dana 60 rear axle shaft from Alloy USA. This product is built with heavy-duty 4340 Chromoly. This material was picked because it has a very high tensile strength, heat- treatment, tempering, and induction hardening. The result is 40% stronger material than the stock Wrangler 1040. The latest cold splining technology was used resulting in splines that are much stronger than your traditional cut splines. The shaft is precision CNC machined and magnaflux inspected to ensure there are no cracks. The final step is a slick, black, anodized finish. The manufacturer is so confident in their product that they offer the only 10-year warranty in the industry.
