Description
Specs. This semi-floating Alloy USA Dana 60 rear axle shaft is made from incredibly strong 4140 Chromoly. This material was chosen due to its very high tensile strength, heat-treatment, induction hardening, and tempering. The result is a product 40% stronger than other stock Wrangler 1040 axles. The latest cold splining technology was used to make the splines even stronger than traditionally cut splines. The axle shaft is then precision CNC machined and magnaflux inspected, to ensure there are no cracks. Finally, it is finished with a slick, black, anodized finish. This shaft is backed by the only 10-year warranty. Note that this shaft does not include seals, bearings, or studs.
Application. Fits 1987-2018 Wrangler YJ, TJ, and JK. Bearings, studs, and seals are not included.
