Maximizes Engine Performance. The installation of this Airaid Cold Air Dam Intake with Yellow SynthaMax Dry Filter helps boost your Jeep’s engine performance. Unlike ordinary cold air intakes, this intake system comes with a huge open-element air inlet protected by cold air dam panels. This gives your engine larger amounts of cooler air, allowing it to have better combustion process. When more air is available for combustion, your vehicle will be able to gain more horsepower and torque.
No ECU Tuning Is Required. For your convenience, this cold air dam intake doesn’t require any ECU tuning. Once it is installed, it is ready for use.
Yellow SynthaMax Dry Filter. This cold air dam intake comes with a yellow SynthaMax dry filter. This filter features a washable and reusable air filter media, so you can just clean it every time it gets dirty or clogged. This way, you can save on filter replacement costs.
High-Quality Construction. For long-lasting durability, this cold air dam intake is built with a high-density cross-linked polyethylene intake pipe. Even if it is exposed in your underhood’s extreme temperatures, the pipe won’t crack, warp, or deform. Furthermore, the dam panels keep the filter isolated from the hot engine compartment, making its surrounding environment cooler.
Direct Installation. This cold air dam intake offers a direct installation. Though it comes with dam panels, it is still mounted in your original air filter location. Meanwhile, the dam panels take up space in your factory air box to complete the intake system’s set-up.
Lifetime Warranty. Airaid is offering this product with a lifetime warranty. This warranty lasts for the lifetime of the product but comes with certain limitations. If the damages of the product are not due to factory flaws, the warranty will be considered void.
