Heavy-Duty Construction. The ZRoadz Overland Access Rack makes a bold statement in terms of versatility and durability. ZRoadz opted for steel channel support members to enhance the structural integrity. In addition, the frame has aluminum secondary support members and aluminum gates for extra security and easy access. Multiple mounting plates are available to go along with the TIG-welded frame. As a bonus, the premium powder coating offers a nice visual appeal while protecting the rack assembly and extending its service life.
Lighting Included. One of the best features is the integrated LED lighting system with pre-drilled holes, which allow for a quick and customizable configuration to improve your visibility in poor weather conditions.
Bolt-On Installation. Although it looks complex, this rack has a convenient clamping mounting system. This means you won’t have to worry about drilling any holes in your Tacoma.
Limited Warranty. ZRoadz offers a limited lifetime warranty for the product’s structural integrity and a 3-year limited warranty on the black powder coating.
Application. Due to its specifications, the ZRoadz Overland Access Rack will only fit the 2016-2023 Toyota Tacoma without adaptation.
Installation Difficulty. Little to no experience will be required for this installation. But due to the rack’s complex structure, it can take up to 1 hour for a complete assembly.
