Specifically, this platform-style roof rack offers a static load capacity of 570 pounds; a dynamic load capacity of 240 pounds, and a 195-pound capacity when crawling off-road. These factors, when combined with the rack cross bar’s accessory slots, allow you to carry everything from supplies to a roof tent. What’s more, this platform roof rack comes in a sleek black color scheme, giving it the same rugged style as your ride.
Rigid Build Quality. This platform-style roof rack features a frame manufactured from 150-inch diameter mild steel tubes for exceptional durability. These steel tubes are then machine-cut and expertly welded, providing added rigidity and a tight fit when installed. Meanwhile, the roof rack’s cross bars are also machine-formed from high-grade mild steel plates, making it just as tough as the cross bars. Finally, this roof rack assembly receives a wear-resistant multi-stage textured black powder coating for maximum protection against rust and corrosion.
Integrated Auxiliary Light Mounts. This platform-style roof rack assembly also features mounting points for installing auxiliary off-road lights. These mounts are designed to accept several LED light cubes or one light bar, making sure you have enough illumination when you decide to take on the trails.
