      Description

      Heavy-Duty Differential. The Yukon Gear Differential Carrier; Front; Dana 44; Yukon Grizzly Locker; 30-Spline; 3.73 and Down Ratio or Thick Gears; 0.438-Inch Bolt Holes is designed to deliver maximum traction by mechanically locking the axle shafts together. It ensures power is evenly distributed to both tires during off-road and racing conditions, enhancing vehicle performance and control in challenging terrains.

      Construction and Appearance. Built with 8620 steel internals, this differential carrier features a patented design with oversized clutch teeth to increase durability and resist shock-loading failures. The robust casing and precision-machined gears offer a rugged, industrial look combined with superior strength and reliability.

      Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skills but does not require drilling or modifications to existing components. It is designed for direct fitment, facilitating a straightforward upgrade without extensive vehicle alterations.

      Warranty. Includes a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

      Application. Specifically designed to fit 66-86 Jeep CJ5 & CJ7; 97-06 Jeep Wrangler TJ models without Rubicon axles. Not compatible with Rubicon-specific Dana 44 axles due to spline and design differences.
