TBI stands for Throttle Body Injection, MPI stands for Multi-Point Injection. Your Wrangler with either have a Carburetor, TBI, or MPI for its fuel delivery.

Wrangler YJ Transfer Case Torque Specs
Whether you have the NP231 or the NP241 transfer case, you should be filling it with ATF 4. Be sure to check and see what transfer case you have so you use the correct drain plug spec, even though they are almost exactly the same.
