How to Install Wire Mesh Cutout Grille - Black (07-18 Wrangler JK) on your Jeep Wrangler

Step 1\\ Using a panel removal tool, remove the (6) push clips holding the grille cover to the vehicle. Unplug the turn signals and pull grille cover from the vehicle.


Step 2\\ Mark and cut out your factory grille surrounds using rotary cutting tool.


Step 3\\ Next, lay the mesh grille on the factory grille. Using a marker, mark the (10) mounting holes. Using a 5/16” drill bit and drill, drill the mounting holes.


Step 4\\ Secure the grille to the grille cover using a supplied M4 hardware.

Optional LED Wiring Diagram:
Red- Switch ignition 12Volt
Black- Chassis Ground


Step 6\\ Reinstall the grille using the factory push clips.
