      Description

      Eliminate Bed Sidewall Flex and Squeak. These bed stiffeners insert along the inner bed rails to reinforce the factory plastic panels, preventing inward flex under load and reducing noise when tying down gear or mounting accessories. By increasing the rigidity of the bed walls, rack systems and tonneau covers install firmer and rattle-free, enhancing cargo security on rough roads.

      Precision-Machined, Durable Design. Made from aircraft-grade aluminum and anodized in black, the stiffeners resist corrosion and wear from bed-mounted hardware. The CNC-laser-cut profile follows the bed’s contour for a snug fit, and the included spacers ensure proper clearance for bedliner coatings.

      Installation. Drill pilot holes along the bed rail per the supplied template, insert the stiffener plates inside the bed, align with holes, and secure using factory or provided bolts and washers.

      Application. The Westcott Designs Bed Stiffeners fit 2016–2023 Toyota Tacoma models with standard factory beds.
