The kit has an improved, free-flowing design that increases airflow, providing a steady supply of air to the engine for improved power and performance. Additionally, the closed box design helps ensure that hot air will not enter the system from the engine compartment to degrade performance.

No Tune Required. The Volant PowerCore Closed Box Cold Air Intake is designed to work with the factory tune. Installing a custom tune is optional, but highly recommended as it can further improve the Tacoma’s performance.

PowerCore Air Filter. The PowerCore is designed to work best in dusty conditions, providing improved airflow and outstanding filtration. The Ultra-Web media features nanofibers, which capture a lot of contaminants that other media can’t filter out. It lasts up to 4 years before requiring replacement.

Bolt On Installation. This cold air intake doesn’t require any modification or drilling during installation. The process is quite straightforward and can be completed with common garage tools.

One-Year Limited Warranty. The Volant PowerCore Closed Box Cold Air Intake is warrantied to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for 1 year. The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and exclusions will apply.

Not CARB Certified at this Time. The Volant PowerCore Closed Box Cold Air Intake is not legal for sale or use in California or other states adopting California emission standards. It does comply with federal emission standards.
