Re-Gearing. Oversized tires are awesome when you are climbing up rock formations or over fallen trees, but the increased diameter requires your Wrangler JK's engine to work ridiculously hard if it only has the factory-installed ring gear and pinion. Re-gearing to a 4.56 Gear Ratio decreases the number of spins required so you can do more with your Wrangler.
