Description
High-Performance Wastegate. The Turbosmart GenV PowerGate60 External Wastegate; 14 PSI; Black is a motorsport-grade, cost-effective solution designed to precisely control boost pressure in turbocharged engines. It regulates exhaust gases to maintain turbo efficiency and engine safety, essential for high-performance tuning and sustained power delivery.
Construction and Appearance. This wastegate features a robust high-temperature resistant 347 stainless steel body with a Nitronic 60 valve guide. It includes a black finish, strap-type V-band clamp system, machined valve seats, and ceramic isolators to ensure durability and improved thermal management.
Installation. Installation requires no drilling as it is a direct fit upgrade for Gen4 Turbosmart wastegates. The rotatable actuator housing allows flexible hose routing to suit individual fitment requirements.
Application. This wastegate suits universal turbocharged setups; however, some modification may be necessary due to the custom nature of external wastegate installations.
