      Description

      HIGH-PERFORMANCE WASTEGATE. The Turbosmart Gen4 HyperGate45 External Wastegate, with 14 PSI spring pressure and a black anodized finish, is designed to regulate boost pressure in turbocharged engines, providing precise control over exhaust gas bypass. It is ideal for street use and supports pump fuel and E85 applications, ensuring reliable performance without motorsport specifications. This wastegate helps maintain engine safety and efficiency by managing boost levels accurately.

      CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. Crafted with a stainless steel cast body and aluminium actuator housing, the wastegate offers robust durability and heat resistance. It features a solid stainless steel valve and a proprietary high-temperature silicon Nomex diaphragm. The black anodized finish provides a premium look while protecting against engine bay heat discoloration.

      INSTALLATION. Installation is straightforward for experienced technicians, utilizing a unique locking collar design that requires the supplied collar tool for spring changes. No drilling is necessary, thanks to its V-band inlet and outlet design tailored for 44/46mm peer flange fitment, facilitating peer compatibility.
