How to Install Tuffy Security Door Locker Set (07-18 Wrangler JK 4 Door) on your Jeep Wrangler

Tools Required
  • Socket Wrench
  • T50 Torx Bit

1. Remove door hinge screws using a T50 Torx Bit.

2. Place the soft washer, hard washer, and nylon washer onto the inner assembly.


3. Screw the inner assembly onto the lower door hinge. Loctite is suggested to be used.


4. Place the outer assembly and lock onto the inner assembly. Lock the assembly together using the provided key.


5. Repeat steps 1-4 for the rear lower hinge.


6. Repeat steps 1-5 for the opposite side.
