    Features & Details

    • Eliminates Annoying Dash Light

    • Designed for 2013-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK and JL Models
Turns Off Dash Light. Your Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) alerts you when the pressure drops to an unsafe limit. This a great safety feature, but if you plan on upgrading to a new set of Wheels/Tires you will need to install a new sensor in each wheel, if not you will have an annoying dash light constantly reminding you that your sensors are missing. This rubber stemmed replacement TPMS sensor prevents unwanted dash lights for the factory performance you're used to.

No Programming Required. This TPMS Sensor is designed to be on the same 433mhz frequency as the original stock sensor so it doesn't need to be reprogrammed. If not automatically recognized, just use the OEM relearn procedure.

Application. This replacement Valve Stem-Mounted TPMS Sensor is specifically designed for use on 2013-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK and JLs. Sold individually. Chrysler equivalent part# 5602-9398AB, 56029398AA

    Ask a Question

Does this only come with one, or is it for all five wheels?

    ConnorS

    • This will include one TPMS sensor only. You would need to purchase a quantity of 5 for a complete kit.

I just purchased four Dick Cepek tires, fuel rims with TPMS sensors mounted by your shop. Now installed I am getting a TPMS system warning with all tires up to the appropriate pressure. How is the OEM relearn procedure done?

    MarkS

    • The factory relearn procedure for the TPMS Sensors is driving over 15 mph for 15 minutes or so, and the sensors should resync to the vehicle.

Do these sensors have to be changed at every tire change to keep aged batteries from sending inaccurate signals especially in sub zero temperatures? If not how long is their average battery life span at what tire pressure do they activate?

    HenningS

    • No, these TPMS Sensors can be reused for multiple tire changes and have a life span of 5-10 years. They use a lithium ion battery that sends intermittent signals only when the vehicle is in motion to last a while.

      Worked Immediately

I had my wheels mounted by extreme terrain and these TPMS worked immediately upon putting tires on Jeep. No issues with them connecting.

      Great TPMS sensors

Great TPMS sensors. Automatic "re-learn" made them an easy replacement.

      Great product

I ordered these as a replacement on my wrangler and they perform as expected. My only complaint is that life expectancy of a TMS is only about 5 years. Outside of that, they work fine.

      TPMS

3 out of the 5 worked. The bad part is that it came in a set of wheels that had already had the tire mounted. Had a tire shop breakdown the tire to see if the Tpms had came loose but they said it just didn’t work. I replace the unit while the tire was apart and called customer service once I returned home. I ask how would I go about returning just this 1 unit which is $50 out of the $3000 I spent. The lady explained that I should have contacted them first before replacing. Well, sorry after have the tire off, I am not going to pay and do it again. I just hope the other units hold up.

      Sensors read correctly

Purchased wheels and tires with the sensors, after installing them my system read that one tire had 51psi, one at 28 psi and the other two were at 40 and 38psi. Checked them with a pressure gauge and they were at the psi that the sensors said they were.

      Good, affordable sensors

I've only had these for a week and they came installed on a wheel/tire package I ordered. I installed my new wheels and tires and the computer picked them up right away. Pressure readings match my gauge exactly and these were a fraction of the cost of Mopar brand sensors.

Had a problem, one of them lasted about a mile. Extreme Terrain's problem solvers sent me another one at notification.

Didn't work on my 16 JKU

Never worked on my 16 JKU. Had to pay shop $82 to have them removed so they can be returned. Finally went with the ProCal to bypass TPMS altogether. Will update on ET returns.

      Dont seem to work

i bought a wheel and tire package with these tpms installed. my warning light has been on since installation about a month ago. all tires are aired up just fine seems like a syncing issue? extreme terrain unable to help me when i asked for support. $300 on new tpms and still have to deal with the annoying light is unfair.
