Turns Off Dash Light. Your Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) alerts you when the pressure drops to an unsafe limit. This a great safety feature, but if you plan on upgrading to a new set of Wheels/Tires you will need to install a new sensor in each wheel, if not you will have an annoying dash light constantly reminding you that your sensors are missing. This rubber stemmed replacement TPMS sensor prevents unwanted dash lights for the factory performance you're used to.

No Programming Required. This TPMS Sensor is designed to be on the same 433mhz frequency as the original stock sensor so it doesn't need to be reprogrammed. If not automatically recognized, just use the OEM relearn procedure.

Application. This replacement Valve Stem-Mounted TPMS Sensor is specifically designed for use on 2013-2019 Jeep Wrangler JK and JLs. Sold individually. Chrysler equivalent part# 5602-9398AB, 56029398AA

        5 Top Rated Questions

Does this only come with one, or is it for all five wheels?

        • This will include one TPMS sensor only. You would need to purchase a quantity of 5 for a complete kit.

Do these sensors have to be changed at every tire change to keep aged batteries from sending inaccurate signals especially in sub zero temperatures? If not how long is their average battery life span at what tire pressure do they activate?

        • No, these TPMS Sensors can be reused for multiple tire changes and have a life span of 5-10 years. They use a lithium ion battery that sends intermittent signals only when the vehicle is in motion to last a while.

Has anyone used these with Raceline beadlock wheels. I installed some of these from amazon and the signal wasn't strong enough / kept cutting out / never got the rear left wheel so I am a little wary of trying new ones as its hours and hours of work to change if they dont work with thick rims like the Raceline. Thanks.

        • The type of wheel should effect the functionality of these sensors. Please contact our customer service department if you feel your sensors are defective upon installation.

Are these compatible with the Trail Dash 2?

        • The Superchips Trail Dash 2 would only allow the TPMS sensors to be disabled or decrease the threshold on them if bigger tires are installed.

I just purchased four Dick Cepek tires, fuel rims with TPMS sensors mounted by your shop. Now installed I am getting a TPMS system warning with all tires up to the appropriate pressure. How is the OEM relearn procedure done?

        • The factory relearn procedure for the TPMS Sensors is driving over 15 mph for 15 minutes or so, and the sensors should resync to the vehicle.

            Not happy

Bought 4 tires and wheels mounted with these sensors. One doesn’t work. Can’t return it without a lot of trouble and expense.

            TPMS Valve Stems

I have a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon and purchased some cool wheels so I purchased these TPMS valve stems to install in my new wheels because I’m setting up two sets of wheels one for summer and another for winter and extreme off-road These TPMS worked great and are a great value I recommend them to anyone needing new TPMS valve stems

            No sensor light on!

I ordered a set of wheels and tires and had them install the sensors on them. After installing the tires on my jeep, I was told that the light may come on for the first 100 miles before detecting the new sensors. The light has not came on at all! Yay!

            Work Great!

I’ve been using these for several months now and haven’t had any issues. It took a few miles after installation for the Jeep to recognize the new sensors but now I never see the low pressure light unless I’m aired down to go off road. I was afraid to buy the cheap ones off some other sites as it seemed about 25 didn’t work correctly. Caught these on sale and have no regrets

Better than having a flat tire signal

When I purchased my wheel and tire kit, the last thing I wanted to do was spend more money on tire sensors. I had a friend not buy these for his tires and he said the extra money was worth not having the annoyance. If you can stand a flat tire signal, these aren't needed; but if you're like me and HATE having warning signals on your dash, then get these. they work great and are worth the money.

My Review of these unbranded TPMS

For the cost and availability on this website, I would rate this product as average. Packaging 9f the product was excellent, and although the instructions were vague, at least one was included. It could have been better with customer support and installation instruction. I had them professionally 8nstalled and appeared to be no issue. However, once connected to my rig I had some connectivity issues where it was not registering on my display or indicating inaccurate tire pressure. Since this product was made in China, it did not have anything that I could find for customer support. After a few hundred more miles, it seems to have synced with my JLU with no further issues as of yet.

            TPMS issue

I had a great experience overall with extreme terrain and it pains me to post this review. I ordered 5 rims, tires and tpms sensors mounted and balanced. Unfortunatly 4 of the 5 sensors do not transmit! It is a PITA that I have to have all 5 tires removed, new tpms sensors put in then remount etc...the good news is that extreme terrain has been good to work with and is addressing the issue accordingly, everything will be fixed properly.
