      Description

      Precision Door Hinge Liners. The Delrin Door Hinge Liners and Removal Tool improve the fit and performance of Jeep doors by replacing worn factory hinge liners. This kit allows for easy door removal and reinstallation while reducing door wobbling and sagging. It is designed to restore proper door alignment and function.

      Construction and Appearance. Manufactured from genuine DuPont Delrin, these hinge liners are CNC machined to ensure exacting tolerances for a perfect fit. The durable Delrin material provides smooth, long-lasting performance with a clean, functional appearance. The set includes replacement bushings and a high-quality removal tool, all made with care inside North America.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward and requires no drilling or modifications beyond optional trimming on select models. Simple hand tools suffice, making it a manageable DIY project that can be completed at home with detailed instructions.

      Application. Specifically designed to fit 76-06 Jeep CJ, LJ, Wrangler YJ & TJ models. Note that it will not fit 1995 YJ or 1997 TJ models without trimming, and some 1998-1999 TJ models may also require trimming of the liners for proper installation.
