Description
The Strongest Differential on the Market. The Rear Semi Float CRD60 Axle w/ ARB Locker, Pro LCG Truss, & 5.38 Gears provides maximum protection, performance, and durability for the TJ Jeep Wrangler. Utilizing the best of off-road industry ingenuity, the exclusive Constant Radius Design (CRD) provides your Jeep with a taller ground clearance regardless of pinion angle. The semi-float rear axle is equipped with a heavy-duty cast iron housing, axle tubes and heavy-duty bearing caps. These heavy-duty bearing caps increase rigidity and reduce ring and pinion distortion when on the trail. Equipped with a “skimmer” cut ring gear, this special gear forces oil into the pinion bearings, keeping you moving in the harshest conditions. The semi-float axle is equipped with high-flow oil passages, ¼” CNC bracketry, smooth profile surfaces, and increased cover mounting area. This strong axle is covered in a premium UV protected triple-stage powder coat to keep your rig protected from corrosion. Teraflex’s axle housing is engineered, designed and built in the USA.
Easy Installation. Installation of this semi-float axle will take approximately a day but has a very straightforward installation. New parts are a direct fit and should install as the old parts were removed. Tools required should be hand tools such as sockets and wrenches.
Lifetime Warranty. Tearflex’s axle housing come with a one year unlimited mileage warranty.
