All-Terrain Stability. If you find yourself driving off the road more than on it, consider upgrading to the Teraflex Falcon Series 3.3 Adjustable Piggyback Shocks for 3-4.50-Inch Lift. That's because they are specifically designed to be used on rugged terrain. Indeed, these Teraflex Falcon Series shocks offer paramount stability across all types of rough terrain.

Increased Clearance. Your Jeep's factory shocks may not be best for rolling over rocks or slugging through mud and sand. If you're looking to install bigger tires and larger wheel wells to accommodate them, definitely consider these Teraflex Falcon Series 3.3 Adjustable Piggyback Front and Rear Shocks. Once installed on your Wrangler, the additional frame clearance will let you install the tires you need to drive over any off-road obstacles.

Adjustable Ride with Presets. All Teraflex 3.3 series shocks come with highly convenient easy-adjust knobs. This will let you switch between different presets for city roads and outdoor trails. You can even put in your own personalized setting to get the ride quality you want. The result is a greater control over how your Jeep performs.

Application. The Teraflex Falcon Series 3.3 Adjustable Piggyback Front and Rear Shocks for 3-4.50-Inch Lift is suitable for 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK 2 Door models.

        3 Top Rated Questions

Hello, I recently had a 3.5" Lift professionally installed on 35's with all the bells and whistles (e.g. steering stabilizer, etc. ) on my daily driver Jeep Wrangler. I rarely take the Jeep off road and do not plan to, but with that said the streets I drive on daily are about as bad as any off road conditions (pot holes, man hole covers, uneven surfaces, etc.). I do not want to bad mouth the brand I purchased on here, but I can say while it wasn't the most expensive of lifts it was definitely not the cheapest either. With that said, i can honestly say my Jeep is now almost not even driveable the ride is so rough. I have aired down the tires and done the chalk test which helped some, but any pothole or man hole cover feels like you are being body slammed into the pavement and you feel every single pebble. I have a couple of questions in regard to the Falcon Series 3.3 Adjustable Piggyback Shocks. I know these are adjustable, but I am looking for the smoothest riding shock for bad city street driving as I do not plan to go off road, will these do the trick on bad city streets or are they firmer being engineered more for racing and off-roading? My second question is there any money back guarantee? These shocks are quite a bit more and while I know the ride will improve, my fear is that I do not see a large enough improvement and will be out $1,400 for what could be a minimal change.

        • The Teraflex Falcon Series 3.3 Adjustable Piggyback Front & Rear Shocks are a very comfortable riding shock on their softer settings, however if the springs being used are too stiff, then the ride will be rough still. Without knowing what lift you currently have, we are unable to advise how the overall setup will ride. At this time there is not a money back guarantee on these shocks. Please contact our Customer Service department so that we may best assist you with getting your Jeep riding great.

My first question would be will this fit a 2007 Jeep Sahara Unlimited? It has the will not fit above the image but in the specs it is listed. Second with this pair well with the Teraflex 4 in. Lift Kit w/ Flex Arms w/o Shocks?

        • This will not fit a 4 door JK, however I have left a link below to a set that will, and the one below will also work with the 4" lift that you are looking into. https://www.extremeterrain.com/teraflex-falcon-series-31-sport-piggyback-front-and-rear-shocks-for-25-3-lift-0717-jk.html

I was looking at pairing these shocks with the "Teraflex 3 in. Sport S/T3 Suspension lift." While these shocks are apparently rated for just up to a 3 in. lift, I just wanted to make sure these shocks will have enough travel to accommodate that specific lift before I buy. Thank you!

        • Yes, the Teraflex Falcon Series 3.3 Adjustable Piggyback Shocks for 2.5"-3" Lift will be able to work in conjunction with a 3 in. lift.

Last Shock You Will Ever Buy

Installed these one week before heading to Moab, Utah for the Easter Jeep Safari. Installation was easy and went very fast. You need to drill out the outer support bracket holes on your rear shocks so make sure you watch a video before buying. The shocks are outstanding. Ride quality on the road and off was more than I hoped for and it was super easy to adjust the shock while airing down and readjust while airing up. They are an investment but in my opinion are worth it. I will be adding the rear shock skid plate from teraflex - something to consider.

            Awesome!

Paired these with my 3 inch Teraflex coil lift. Installation wasn’t too bad. Make sure you have a 5/8 drill bit to drill the outer hole of your shock mounts. Found that 2.4 was the best setting for DD.
