How to Install Teraflex Bumper D-ring Mount Kit on your 1997-2006 Wrangler

Place D-ring mounts on the front of the TJ front bumper using the bolts provided. Bolt them to the bumper using the pre-drilled holes. Place backing plates on the inside of the bumper sliding them onto the backside of the bolts holding the D-ring followed by the washer and nuts. 

Tighten down all the nuts and bolts to 95 ft. lbs.

Note: It is easier to install the D-rings when the bumper is off the vehicle.
