An oversized external tube protects the inner tube from damage, while the in-house velocity valving is tuned to work perfectly with TeraFlex’s suspension systems. Additionally, an oil block and seal feature prevent all internal fluids from spilling, and an HD shock canister adds damage resistance. Built to Withstand Off-Road Punishment. The Teraflex 9550 VSS Twin-Tube Front and Rear Shocks’ twin-tube design ensures enhanced durability. The oversized external tube is made from high-quality material is e-dipped for improved corrosion resistance. Meanwhile, the rod is induction-hardened and triple-chrome plated for additional strength. This set also features an internal travel stop limiter, high-quality rubber bushings, and Jeep-specific bar pins.
Bolt-On Installation. The Teraflex 9550 VSS Twin-Tube Front and Rear Shocks were designed for a bolt-on installation. The installation is straightforward, and it only requires light to moderate mechanical expertise.
