      Description

      Heavy-Duty Replacement. The Longfield Outer CV Joint; 35-Spline provides a reliable and robust solution for off-road and heavy-duty applications, replacing the original CV joint on compatible IFS axle shafts. It ensures dependable power transfer and smooth operation essential for demanding driving conditions and suspension articulation.

      Construction and Appearance. Constructed from 100% SAE 4340 Chromoly steel with internal components crafted from 300M steel, this CV joint delivers exceptional strength and durability. The bearing balls are made from wear-resistant 52100 alloy steel, and all parts are precision polished to eliminate imperfections and stress risers. A black oxide finish enhances corrosion resistance and extends service life.

      Installation. Designed as a direct replacement for Longfield 35-spline IFS axle shafts, installation requires only standard mechanical skills without the need for drilling. Proper fitment enables straightforward servicing or upgrading of axles.

      Warranty. This product includes a 12-month limited warranty covering defects under normal usage.

      Application. Specifically engineered to fit 2005 to 2023 Toyota Tacoma models equipped with Longfield 35-spline IFS axle shafts; it is not compatible with OEM axle shafts.
