      Description

      Durable Replacement Component. The Longfield Inner CV Joint; 35-Spline is designed as a heavy-duty replacement joint for 35-spline Longfield independent front suspension axle shafts. It transfers power smoothly while allowing suspension articulation necessary for off-road driving. This joint is essential for maintaining drivetrain strength and reliable axle performance in demanding conditions.

      Construction and Appearance. This CV joint features a housing machined from 100% SAE 4340 chromoly steel for ultimate toughness. Its internal components are crafted from 300M steel, a high-strength alloy, while the bearing balls are made from wear-resistant 52100 alloy steel. Each part is precision polished to eliminate stress risers, and a black oxide finish provides enhanced corrosion resistance.

      Installation. Installation requires a competent level of mechanical skill but does not require additional drilling or modifications. It is designed to directly replace the existing CV joint on compatible Longfield 35-spline IFS axle shafts.

      Warranty. This product includes a 12-month limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

      Application. Specifically fit for 2005 through 2023 Toyota Tacoma models equipped with Longfield 35-spline independent front suspension axle shafts. It is not compatible with OEM axle shafts.
