It wraps easily around connected parts to guard against external contaminants and extreme temperatures, providing essential protection in high-heat automotive environments.

It is reinforced with aramid thread for enhanced durability and heat resistance, finished with a reflective, silver-colored aluminum layer designed to withstand radiant heat up to 2000°F.
