The maximum gross trailer weight of 15,000 Pounds increases to 16,000 Pounds with a weight distribution system, while the 1,500-Pound default tongue weight increases to 1,600 Pounds.

    Solid Construction. Made using durable and impact-resistant metal, this trailer hitch features a carbide powder-coated finish. Carbide provides resistance to corrosion and abrasive surfaces while enhancing the durability of any material it is used on. The part has undergone thorough testing per SAE J684 protocols.

    Straightforward Installation. This trailer hitch comes with high-end Class VIII mounting hardware, meaning installation is a simple task that typically involves slotting the hardware into your vehicle’s existing mounts. However, some may find they need to conduct some minor drilling to fit this part if it does not fit their default mounts.

    Protected for Life. Curt’s limited lifetime warranty means you’re protected against manufacturing mistakes and material defects for life. This is a non-transferable warranty and limitations apply. The warranty is voided by misuse and improper installation of the hitch. It is also voided if you exceed the recommended weight capacities.
