Description
Enhanced Brake Performance. The brake lines provide an extended and upgraded braking solution designed specifically for use with rear disc brake kits. They improve braking response by preventing hose expansion under pressure, ensuring more consistent and reliable brake feel during operation. These lines are essential for replacing original equipment that cannot support the enhanced braking system.
Construction and Appearance. Manufactured using PTFE (Teflon™) hose with braided stainless steel wire covering, these brake lines offer superior durability and resistance to wear. The fittings are permanently crimped zinc-plated steel, enhancing corrosion resistance and strength. A clear PVC outer jacket protects the assembly, providing a clean and professional appearance.
Installation. Installation of these brake lines is straightforward. They are designed to directly replace the existing lines supplied in the Trail-Gear Rear Disc Brake Conversion kits, providing a seamless upgrade experience.
Warranty. This product includes a 12-month limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Please note, any specific warranty exclusions related to hoses should be confirmed with the manufacturer.
Application. Specifically designed to fit 2005 to 2023 Tacoma models and intended exclusively for use with Trail-Gear’s Rear Disc Brake Kits. Not compatible with stock rear drum brake calipers.
